Short Resume:
He is Ph. D. in economics (1990). Between 1972 and 1987 he was Economist at the Forecasting Office of the French Economy and Finance Ministry. Presently he is Senior research scholar emeritus at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS). He is also an Associated Member of CEIM (Centre d'Etudes de l'Intégration et la Mondialisation), Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and an associated research Fellow of the Centro de EstudiosInternacionales, Colegio de Mexico, for the CONICET program Diversity of capitalisms in Latin America.
